We understand that sometimes it is necessary to reschedule or cancel appointments. Therefore, please give us at least 72 hours notice prior to changing or canceling and we will gladly handle your appointment and waive our cancelation fee.
If you reschedule or cancel your appointment within 72 hours of your appointment time, your credit card on file will be charged 50% of the full price of all scheduled service(s).
If you reschedule or cancel your appointment within 12 hours of your appointment time or do not show up for your appointment, your credit card on file will be charged for the full price of all scheduled service(s). Absolutely no refunds on appointment retainers.

This policy applies to all hair services, including color, cuts, and styling.
Clients must notify us of their concerns within 7 days of the original appointment.
Process:
To request a redo or adjustment, please contact our salon directly at 708-203-0660.
Our team will schedule a follow-up appointment at your earliest convenience to address your concerns.
Complimentary Service:
The redo or adjustment will be performed at no additional charge, provided the request falls within the specified time frame.
Adjustments will be made based on the original service you received.
Exclusions:
This policy does not cover changes in style or color preferences made after the original appointment.
It also excludes services that have been altered or modified by another stylist.
Feedback:
We value your feedback and encourage you to share any specific concerns during your follow-up appointment so that we can make the necessary adjustments.
Booking:
Please note that our redo appointments may be subject to availability. We recommend booking as soon as possible to ensure timely adjustments.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
We do not accept returns on hair extensions.
Exchanges only are allowed under the following conditions:Hair must be unopened, unused, and returned in its original packaging.
Hair must be untampered with—no alterations, dye, cuts, or use of products.
All exchanges are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Initial shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the exchange credit.
Once your exchange is inspected and approved, a store credit will be issued to your stylist profile for future use.
